Refund policy

Right of withdrawal If you buy as a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, by writing to info@olionapitia.com or using the standard withdrawal form. Return the goods within 14 days of your notice; the cost of returning them is [BORNE BY THE CUSTOMER / BY US]. We refund the amount paid, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your notice, using the same payment method; we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back.

Exceptions For reasons of health protection and hygiene, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery (Art. 59(1)(e), Italian Consumer Code). Please return bottles and tins with their seal intact.

Damaged or faulty goods If a product arrives damaged or does not conform to the order, write to us within [X] days with a photo: we will replace it or refund it at no cost to you, without prejudice to the legal guarantee of conformity.

Pre-orders You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it ships and receive a full refund.
