Terms of service

  1. Seller. Products on olionapitia.com are sold by [LEGAL NAME], [ADDRESS], Curinga (CZ), Italy, VAT number [NUMBER], email info@olionapitia.com, PEC [PEC ADDRESS].
  2. Products. We sell extra virgin olive oil produced from our own olive trees. Product photos are illustrative; each product page states the size, the harvest year and, once available, the lab data of the vintage.
  3. Prices and payment. Prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you confirm the order. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. [PRE-ORDERS: charged at order / at shipment]
  4. Contract. The contract is concluded when you receive our order confirmation by email. If a product is sold out we may refuse the order and refund any amount already paid.
  5. Delivery. See our Shipping policy. Risk passes to you when the goods are delivered.
  6. Right of withdrawal. See our Refund policy.
  7. Legal guarantee. Consumers are entitled to the legal guarantee of conformity under Articles 128 and following of the Italian Consumer Code.
  8. Personal data. We process your data as described in our Privacy policy.
  9. Applicable law. These terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers, the competent court is that of their place of residence or domicile in Italy, and they keep the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence.
