l'olio del golfo antico — olive oil from the ancient gulf

This year's oil from our hillside. Pure Carolea, best used raw. A medium-light, balanced oil with a note of almond: it doesn't cover the food, so you can use it generously.

From the estate's trees in the hills of Curinga, above the gulf the Greeks called Napitia.
